Founded in 2018 by Barbara Holt Streeter, MrsPRProtocol, who has a ZEST for life, a motivator to the masses, but spent years smiling through the tears of challenges with weight gain (125-almost 200 lbs - from a size 2 -14), digestive issues (irritable bowel syndrome IBS and Gastritis) food allergies and emotional stress, she decided to say NO to her health challenges and YES to a health and wellness lifestyle.
