WHO?

MOVE Your Body is a grassroots organization that has turned into a brand MOVEment to educate, engage and excite women and families to be intentional to MOVE their bodies 30 minutes a day and embrace a health and wellness lifestyle. 

THE KEY: 

Have FUN and do something to MOVE...

dance, jog, yoga, skip, bike, box, walk, run!


Founded in 2018 by Barbara Holt Streeter, MrsPRProtocol, who has a ZEST for life,  a motivator to the masses, but spent years smiling through the tears of challenges with weight gain (125-almost 200 lbs - from a size 2 -14),  digestive issues (irritable bowel syndrome  IBS and Gastritis) food allergies and emotional stress, she decided to say NO to her health challenges and YES to a health and wellness lifestyle.

WHY?

MrsPRProtocol's PASSION is now to MOTIVATE others on the journey to a better healthier LIFE!  Eating Healthy, Drinking Water Daily and Resting your Body and Mind is a PRIORITY!

HOW?

The mission of MOVE Your Body is to design health and wellness initiatives to MOTIVATE women and families to embrace self-care and a passion to help others through our annual
